Since 1984, Diana Fraga began her real estate career locally in Humboldt, CA handling titles, escrows, and more. After much experience, she and fellow local business partner, Kathy Hall, pulled the trigger in 2005 and established Key Mortgage Group, a mortgage company, combining their strengths in Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veteran Affairs (VA), USDA loans, forward mortgages, reverse mortgages, and more. Retirement and financial security guidance for Seniors has always been at the back of Diana’s mind, noticing the need to guide them through retirement financially, and especially for those who’ve been misinformed about reverse mortgages altogether.
